Using paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits
Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Shop Cards and eShop Cards can be used at checkout online, in our stores and with catalog phone orders. Paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits may not be redeemed online. You can still use your paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits as a form of payment in our stores (U.S. only) or by mailing them with your Catalog order.

CB2 Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Shop Cards and eShop Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at CB2 stores (U.S. only), online at cb2.com or by phone to 800.606.6252. They also can be redeemed for merchandise or services at Crate and Barrel stores (U.S. only, including Outlets), online or by phone. Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Shop Cards and eShop Cards may not be used as payment on a CB2 credit card or any other account. Returned merchandise purchased with a Shop/eShop Card will be refunded to a Shop/eShop Card. Purchases will be deducted from each card’s balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Funds on these cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. CB2 is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or any unauthorized use.
