What is the CB2 Trade Program?
The CB2 Trade Program is a membership program for business owners and design professionals. It includes the following benefits:
- EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Enjoy 20% off all full-price merchandise across our three brands—no minimum purchase required. Access opportunities for a larger discount based on volume.
- INSIDER ACCESS: Receive invitations to design industry events, panels and more.
- CONCIERGE SERVICE: Our dedicated team works with you from start to finish, including installation.
Members also have access to program perks such as white-glove delivery, custom-ordered materials and more.
Who is eligible for the CB2 Trade Program?
Any business owner with a valid business license or accredited design professionals including interior decorators, architects, landscape designers, members of professional staging organizations, and set decorators are eligible for a business account regardless of whether they work on the residential or commercial side.
How do I sign up for the CB2 Trade Program?
To apply for our trade program, follow these steps:
- Fill out our online trade program application.
- Enter your name, company information and email address.
- Upload a link to your company website, social media account or a copy of your business card.
- Provide a copy of your Business License/Resale Certificate or the name of the professional design association you belong to and your membership number.
- Submit your completed application and our team will review for approval. You will receive an email notification with your approval status within 2–3 business days.
How long does it take to get approved?
Once your application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or decline and finalize the application within 72 hours.
- Non-tax exempt organizations are issued their CB2 Trade Program number immediately and are eligible to shop with the discount.
- Tax-exempt organization applications must be manually processed and approved. Once approved, the member will receive an email with their 19-digit member number.
- New members do not receive a physical card. Present or enter your digital member number when you shop.
How do I set up my business account to activate my Trade discount once approved?
Upon approval, you will receive an email notification that contains your membership number. From there, you must activate your CB2 Trade Program account online. To activate an account online, members must add their member number to an existing CB2 account or create an account if they do not already have one. Once activated, your trade discount will automatically be applied to eligible items in your cart at checkout as long as you are logged in.
Please note that your trade discount is applicable at Crate & Barrel too–however, separate accounts must be created at each brand (crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com) but your membership number will be the same for both. Members making purchases from two or more of our brands must make separate purchases as the brands do not share a universal shopping cart.
Is the CB2 Trade Program discount applicable on Crate & Barrel and Crate & Kids items?
Yes, you can use your CB2 Trade Program discount at all three of our brands: Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids and CB2. Please note that separate business accounts must be created at each brand (crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com) but the membership number used to activate each account will be the same. Members making purchases from two or more of our brands must make separate purchases as the brands do not share a universal shopping cart.
Where can I find my CB2 Trade Program member number if I've forgotten it?
If you can't find the email that states your membership number, please contact trade.concierge@cb2.com or call 800-606-6498 and a CB2 Trade Program team member will be happy to assist.
Where can I find CB2 Trade Program member pricing?
Member pricing is not displayed on the website. You will see your CB2 Trade Program discount reflected in your cart on eligible items when logged into your business account.

How do I move an order from multiple CBH Trade Program brands onto one purchase order (PO)?

What is the CB2 Trade Program return policy?
Our return policy for the Trade Program is the same as it is for regular customers.
How do I get my tax exemption?
To receive tax-exempt status, include your tax-exempt certificate along with your other credentials when applying for the CB2 Trade Program. If you are already registered for the CB2 Trade Program and would like to add tax exemption status to your account, please reach out to trade.concierge@cb2.com for help with this change.
